If your event is tentative or if you are simply unsure where or how to begin planning, contact us so we can get you started on the right foot.
Scheduling
If your event date is firm or tentative, contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can lock in your date. We do not book more than two events on the same date.
To guarantee your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your estimated total or $500.00, whichever is the greater amount.
After the planning is complete, a contract will either be mailed or e-mailed to you. Upon verifying the details of your event and agreeing to the contract terms, please sign and return the contract with a check for 50% of the estimated final balance.
Final balances are due one week prior to your event unless other billing arrangements have been made. Any and all additional charges are due on the day of the event, prior to services being rendered.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, check or cash.
Cancellations
To cancel your event we must be notified, in writing, more than 30 days prior to the event.
Events cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event will have their deposits returned less a 10% handling fee.
Events cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event will be subject to the forfeiture of the original deposit.
Guest Counts
Final guest counts are due seven (7) days prior to your scheduled event.
Final guest count will constitute as the gauranteed minimum that all final pricing will be based upon.
You may increase your guest count up to 72 hours prior to your event.
Pricing
Labor, rentals or services are charged separately from the menu price unless otherwise stated. Drop-offs are subject to 6% Michigan Sales Tax and delivery charges of $35.00 up to 20 miles from our New Center location.
All servers, including bartenders, are billed @ $20.00 per hour with a five (5) hour minimum. Additional labor such as bar backs or coat checks are billed at $10.00 per hour.
Servers required to stay beyond the five-hour minimum will be billed at $25.00 per hour.
Gratuities are not included, nor are they required. These are left to your discretion.
