We realize sandwiches & soup may be a bit too informal for your next private event corporate affair. That's why Lunchtime Global has expanded its catering operations and joined with the talents of P.M. Catering to bring you this Special Events Catering & Menus Section. Established in 1989, P.M. Caterers brings over 17 years experience of off-premise and in-house contract catering for both private and corporate events: Catering intimate dinners for two and outdoor events of 20,000!

 

P.M. Caterers can assist you with any aspect of your event. We can coordinate yourevent, create a customized menu or theme, arrange for specialized services or rentals; including staging, sound, lighting, tents, canopies and props. We can help you select your china and linens, find entertainment or hire a valet. We'll make sure all your bases are covered, and since we only service one client at a time you can be assured of our full attention. Remember, our capabilities are not limited to these pages, if you don't see what you want, just ask for it and we'll make every effort to accommodate you. If your event is tentative or if you are simply unsure where or how to begin planning, contact us so we can get you started on the right foot.

Scheduling

If your event date is firm or tentative, contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can lock in your date. We do not book more than two events on the same date.

To guarantee your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your estimated total or $500.00, whichever is the greater amount.

After the planning is complete, a contract will either be mailed or e-mailed to you. Upon verifying the details of your event and agreeing to the contract terms, please sign and return the contract with a check for 50% of the estimated final balance.

Final balances are due one week prior to your event unless other billing arrangements have been made. Any and all additional charges are due on the day of the event, prior to services being rendered.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, check or cash.

Cancellations

To cancel your event we must be notified, in writing, more than 30 days prior to the event.

Events cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event will have their deposits returned less a 10% handling fee.

Events cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event will be subject to the forfeiture of the original deposit.

Guest Counts

Final guest counts are due seven (7) days prior to your scheduled event.

Final guest count will constitute as the gauranteed minimum that all final pricing will be based upon.

You may increase your guest count up to 72 hours prior to your event.

Pricing

Labor, rentals or services are charged separately from the menu price unless otherwise stated. Drop-offs are subject to 6% Michigan Sales Tax and delivery charges of 8% downtown.

All servers, including bartenders, are billed @ $25.00 per hour with a five (5) hour minimum. Additional labor such as bar backs or coat checks are billed at $10.00 per hour.

Servers required to stay beyond the five-hour minimum will be billed at $25.00 per hour.

Gratuities are not included, nor are they required. These are left to your discretion.

 

Quantity Guidelines

Appetizers served with a main course 6-8 pcs per guest.
Appetizers served as a main course 14-18 pcs per guest.
For parties beginning after 4:30 p.m. we recommend the greater amount per guest.
All appetizers are available for either drop-off or full service.
Pricing Includes: Cocktail napkins, flatware, plates & serving utensils.

Platters may be ordered in specific quantities in addition to the per guest pricing.
